Looking at Rex’s picture, you’ll notice he has some mileage on him. With that comes experience, knowledge, and understanding that he doesn’t have all the answers. What he does have is the ability to find the answers, to work with people on both sides of a transaction, strong negotiation skills, and the “know how” to carry a transaction through to a successful conclusion for our clients. Ashlee Montgomery, a true Texan, boasts over 15 years of experience living and working in the Hill Country. Her journey into real estate was preceded by a career in education, after graduating from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and teaching school in the Bulverde area. Ashlee’s deep understanding of the building process comes from growing up in a home-building environment, observing and learning from her father. This unique background equips her with insights into construction costs, timelines, subcontractor management, and handling delays—expertise that sets her apart in the real estate field. Leigh Neves, based in the Hill Country north of San Antonio, boasts an impressive educational background with degrees from Texas State University and Sul Ross State University. Transitioning from a 15-year counseling career in West Texas, Leigh now applies her passion for aiding people in achieving their real estate aspirations. Known for her exceptional service, she consistently goes the extra mile for her clients.
