Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS):

CMBS loans involve pooling multiple commercial mortgages into a bond or security that is then sold to investors. These loans provide increased liquidity for lenders and borrowers. Bridge Loans:

Bridge loans provide short-term financing to bridge the gap between the acquisition or refinancing of a property and the availability of long-term financing. Bridge loans offer quick access to funds, flexible terms, and can be used for a variety of purposes, including property renovations or repositioning.
