20 years as a licensed Realtor. Commercial Real Estate is my third career. Having managed profit centers for major retailers, to owning and managing a small chain of Mattress Stores, I have been where my current clients have been: needing retail space, office space, and warehouse space.

This background gives me an insight to Commercial Real Estate that allows me to better serve my Clients. My partner, Scott Forester, and I realize the necessity of continuous market research to stay abreast of current trends and values. Scott graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX where he was a four year letterman and an All American Center at the  Division I AA football level.  Scott, then after his senior season got invited as a free- agent to the Los Angeles Raiders Football Team where he made it through several cuts before his dreams of Pro football came to an end.  Scott then had the privilege to follow his dad in the teaching and coaching field, where he taught and trained young athletes  and students for 21 years in education, teaching Biology and Coaching Football at the Middle School, High School and College levels.
